We believe that everyone’s got different moods, and improving yours should be easy. That’s why we created Mood, an online source for 100% federally legal cannabis from America’s favorite farms, that helps you quickly and easily get to your best mood.
Mission. We think cannabis should be accessible, affordable, convenient, and transparent. But most importantly, we believe in supporting the American farmers who make all of this possible.
Story. Founded in 2022 by David Charles and Jake Antifaev, Mood now has a global team of 200+ full-time employees in addition to our robust network of small, U.S. farmers and manufacturing partners. We've built partnerships with over 50 small American farms, bolstering local economies and promoting sustainable farming practices.
Values. At our core is a commitment to product quality and world-class customer experiences. Our company culture fosters open communication and open doors: everybody here has a voice, and we believe that by investing in both our people and our customers, we all will rise.
Impact. Social impact is a business pillar, not an afterthought. This year, we've donated tens of thousands of dollars to pet humane societies. We’ve contributed to the campaigns of politicians who advocate for cannabis, contributing to the broader movement toward recognition and acceptance.

Co-founder & CEO
A multi-time 8-9 figure entrepreneur with a passion for products and storytelling.
David most recently tenured as an executive at a YC-backed telehealth company and brings a wealth of experience in leveraging technology to drive innovation and growth. But he’s not all hustle; he loves chess, movies, and petting every dog he sees.
Co-founder + Head of Digital Advertising
His entrepreneurial spirit surfaced early in life, as he was running a 7-figure digital business by the time he was 16.
He’s now a multi-time 8-9 figure entrepreneur who’s managed over nine figures in advertising budgets. Hailing from Canada, he can't help but express a bit of maple syrup envy towards Vermont. Jake finds joy in spending time with his family in the Canadian outdoors, devoting himself to his wife and two daughters, while eagerly anticipating the arrival of a third.
Our finance guru with a knack for numbers and a Chartered Financial Accountant title to prove it.
He worked for innovative companies like Rolls Royce and Zalando, before diving headfirst into the startup scene. When he's not at work, you'll find Ben basking in the chaos and joy of family life with his wife and their adorable son. But don't be fooled by the spreadsheets and baby talk, we hear he can CEO David any day in a game of chess.
CTO & Head of Product
The product wizard behind our seamless retail experiences.
Leo has developed unique products for graphic design companies, launched a boutique consulting firm, and transformed a bootstrapped productized design service e-commerce into an eight-figure success story. A multiple sclerosis patient and cannabis advocate, Leo finds inspiration in the worlds of art and design, fueling his creativity through music, action sports, and conversations with strangers.
Director of Operations
With vast experience from her previous role as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Strategy at SmileDirectClub,
Katy spearheads the growing operations, project management, and customer support teams at Mood. Based in the heart of Tennessee, Katy shares her life with her partner Jackson and their two furry companions- Ralph, a sassy chihuahua mix, and his best bud Baxter, a 100-pound German Shepherd. With a formidable past as a powerlifter, she can easily outshine any of us in a bench press challenge.
Director of Marketing
With an impressive track record including industry giants like FanDuel, Walmart, and Jet.com, John is at the forefront of marketing innovation.
He pioneers Mood’s offline marketing strategies while skillfully leading an exceptional marketing team. Outside the marketing arena, John is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, harnessing discipline and strategy both on and off the mat. He’s also the funniest (looking) one on the management team.
Director of Distribution
Linda is the Director of Distribution for Mood. She cut her teeth building and leading massive distribution and e-commerce facilities for a global animal nutrition company.
At Mood, she played a pivotal role in the development of a 30,000 sq ft distribution facility in Oklahoma City, where she steers a team of 100. Outside of Mood, Linda dedicates herself to her horse farm, along with her husband Skip. She got a real kick out of telling her mom she works for a cannabis company.
